- Temporary Processing: Photos uploaded for generation are processed temporarily. We do not permanently store your uploaded parent photos on our servers. They are deleted shortly after the generation process is complete.
- Generated Images: The resulting AI-generated baby images are stored locally on your device. You have full control over these images and can delete them at any time.
- Third-Party Processing: We use Replicate API for AI image generation. Data sent to Replicate is subject to their privacy policy and is used solely for processing your request.

- Photos are processed as complete images, not analyzed as biometric data

Face data is used exclusively for entertainment purposes:

- Historical Reference: Parent photos are stored locally on your device so you can see which photos were used for each generation

- Temporary Processing Only: Replicate processes photos for 30-60 seconds to generate results
- Immediate Deletion: Photos are deleted from Replicate's servers immediately after processing completes

- Export or share generated images as you wish
- No data recovery: Once deleted from your device, photos cannot be recovered

- We do NOT use facial recognition technology
- We do NOT create facial templates or biometric profiles
