By downloading, accessing, or using the BabyBloom AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
BabyBloom AI uses artificial intelligence to predict what a future baby might look like based on two parent photos uploaded by the user. The App provides this service for entertainment purposes only. The generated images are predictions and may not accurately reflect actual biological results.
Important: The AI-generated images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered medically or scientifically accurate predictions.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Upload photos of any person without their consent.
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Use the generated images for any malicious or fraudulent purpose.
3.2. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process these photos solely for the purpose of generating the result.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1. Free & Premium Access
- The App may offer a limited number of free generations.
- Unlimited access is available through a paid subscription ("Premium").
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
4.2. Billing and Cancellation
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and AI algorithms, is the property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We do not guarantee that the generated images will meet your expectations or resemble any actual person.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
